Cancellation and Refunds

Month to month

LanternLit costs $300 a month. There is no contract and no setup fee.

When billing starts

You add a card when you sign up, but you are not charged until your line goes live: the day call forwarding to LanternLit is turned on and tested with you. From that day you are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your account page, or email hello@getlanternlit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We'll also help you turn your call forwarding back off.

The 2-call guarantee

If LanternLit catches fewer than 2 real calls in a billing month, that month is free. We credit it against your next bill, or refund it if you have cancelled. A real call is a person who left a name, a callback number and a reason, and the lead text reached you. The guarantee applies to months when call forwarding stayed turned on. Details are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Other refunds

Apart from the guarantee, we don't refund partial months. If you're ever charged by mistake, email us and we'll refund it in full.
